Thank you for visiting the Infant & Toddler Connection of Virginia (ITCVA), the Commonwealth’s early intervention system for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities and their families.
Every child deserves the best start in life. If your infant or toddler is experiencing developmental delays or has a medical condition that may affect development, we’re here to help. Under IDEA Part C, our early intervention services support children and empower families with practical strategies for learning during everyday routines.
Our goal is simple: help children participate fully in family and community life while giving parents and caregivers the tools they need to nurture growth. Services are available to all eligible families, regardless of financial circumstances.
