Referral and Local Points of Entry

Referrals to the Infant & Toddler Connection of Virginia are made through and received by local central points of entry. Each county and city in Virginia has a central point of entry.

There are two (2) ways to reach the central point of entry for a child and family’s particular city or county. You can:

  • Make an online referral; or
  • Contact the local central point of entry directly (see below).

NOTE: You will need to provide sufficient information in order for an online referral to be routed to the correct central point of entry.
