About VICC Meetings
The Virginia Interagency Coordinating Council (VICC) meets quarterly in-person on the second Wednesday in March, June, September and December. Meetings begin at 10:00AM and end at 3:00PM. A public comment period is scheduled to begin at approximately 11:00AM during each quarterly meeting. Individuals wishing to offer public comments are encouraged to notify April Johnson no less than 48 hours prior to the start of the meeting.
